At TheVintageBy, every item is made to order with care. We want you to love your purchase, and we're committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service.

Please review our return and refund policy below.


Made-to-Order Products

All of our products are printed specifically for each order.

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Change of mind
  • Color preference
  • Ordering the wrong item

Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect
  • Missing items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we'll gladly provide:

  • A free replacement
  • A full refund (when appropriate)

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been lost during transit, please contact us.

We'll work with the shipping carrier and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.

Once production has started, cancellations can no longer be guaranteed because each item is custom made.


Exchanges

Because our products are printed on demand, we generally do not offer exchanges.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll replace it at no additional cost.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are approved for:

  • Damaged products
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items received
  • Orders lost during shipping (after investigation)

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor color variations caused by different screen settings

Refund Process

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing time typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom printed apparel
  • Personalized products
  • Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
  • Gift cards
