Order Processing
All of our products are made to order.
Processing typically takes 2–5 business days before your order is shipped.
During holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Canada
- Estimated Delivery: 7–12 business days
Europe
- Estimated Delivery: 7–15 business days
Australia & New Zealand
- Estimated Delivery: 8–15 business days
Rest of the World
- Estimated Delivery: 10–20 business days

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the shipping carrier receives your package.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery destination
- Number of items ordered
- Shipping method selected
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
International Shipping
We proudly ship to many countries worldwide.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their local government.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, your package may be delayed or returned.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been lost in transit, please contact us.
We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages marked as Delivered by the carrier but reported as missing afterward. We recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or your local post office before contacting us.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and fulfillment location.
You may receive separate tracking numbers for different packages.
